Processing times (how long it takes to get packages ready) range between 3-8 business days & may vary! Unless otherwise stated! (Not including weekends or holidays)

Ks Touch Designs and Things offers shipping to Canada, UK, & Australia from the U.S.

ADDRESSES

PLEASE make sure you check over your address before you submit your order & it’s an address you would like your package delivered to! After processing times Ks Touch Designs and Things will no longer be able to update your address due to the package arriving at the post office! If you notice this problem has occurred before processing time is up, please CONTACT Ks Touch Designs and Things ASAP to update your address via email: kstouchcandlesandthings@gmail.com

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

If you have any questions regarding where your order is after it is sent out, first refer to the tracking number sent to your email. If you didn’t receive a tracking number after processing days please wait an extra day (tracking number may not send right away) & then reach out to Ks Touch Designs and Things via email (kstouchcandlesandthings@gmail.com) we’ll be happy to assist you! After these steps are taken care of & you want further updates on your order please reach out to your shipping courier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) they will be able to further assist you. Please do remember after the tracking number is sent out to give the post office a moment to update your order. Package may not be in the system right away. We can only regard you with information on when your package arrived at the post office & your tracking number.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

All orders are packed with bubble wrap & wrapped to ensure good condition of products, therefore any damaged products aren’t on Ks Touch Designs and Things end. Ks Touch Designs and Things is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. We contact customers after post office drop off. Don’t hesitate to CONTACT your shipping courier if this unfortunate issue occurs via email or phone.

NATURAL SOY CANDLES IN WARM ENVIRONMENTS (SUMMER DAYS) 

As stated in product description of  soy candles, in very warm environments they may tend to melt. Please be aware of this disclaimer when placing your order so there is no confusion If your candles appear to be melting & refer back to product description on how to care for them after arrival! (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING may experience this more in very warm climates due to longer shipping days) although this is unlikely, we do like to advise on the potential occurrence of this issue.
